It depends on person but some minimum limit or standard is required to be set by INSTITUTE as the salary is given by firm is going down even few firm is earning high. Please consider CA and ARTICLE as RM, PM not as consumables or store, spare. If CA EARN and grow our own faternity will grow. Good CAs may be considered as your Assets. Further, CAs or fresher CAs maintain YOUR and INSTITUTE status. As sales person and production people getting high package for their work. CA doing same type of work in CA firms.
