How much starting package a CA can expect if he joined any CA firm?

monthly pay of 25000
nowdays it is less than 20000 pm in non metros
It totally depends upon paying capacity of ca firms and also quality of fresher ca. but according to me it should be in between 25-40k.
It ranges between Rs. 18000 to Rs. 25000 in mediocre CA Firms in NCR . Rest in companies, it depends upon ur experiences and skills...........Min. salary in small companies for CA starts from Rs. 25000 & above whereas in MNC and others.....it varies from industry to industry......
Starting from 15000 to 35000 depending upon the size of the firm,..................
45000 pm if having a better rank or cleared

Actually it depends on many factor? Package are only number it does not prove anything.

1. Experience
2.Communication skills
3.Place of articleship
4.Urgency in particular organistion etc...
Even sometimes your background also plays an important role...
It depends on work and my skills
