What are all the registrations required to start a metal works company. company is not going to manufacture or purchase anything. it is going to get the metals from partys and resize it as per their requirement and give it to them, service charge will be collected for this work. pls advise me the registration to be taken (PAN, TAN, TIN, SERVICE TAX ETC)

for service tax you have to file ST-1 form for registration. servicetax.gov.in
