Stamp Duty on Mortgage

Dear All,

As Maharashtra Gov. increased stamp duty by double., is there any way to reduce stamp duty by executing mortgage document outside Maharastra state, as company's regd. office is in Maharashtra. Pls advice

Yes, This is possible for the Imovable good only and the Mortgagor's office must be outside the state of Maharashtra.
