Can anyone tell me whether stamp duty is payable in Form 5 for increase in authorised capital . The Company's registered office is in Maharastra. whether stamp duty is payable online. If yes what is the rate and how the payment to be made.

Dear Friend,
You can pay stamsuty online through MCA Portal. When you fill up Form-5 and click on the stamp duty paid online it will autometically show the amount of duty payable on increased capital.

YES U HVE TO PAY STAMP DUTY ACC TO UR AUTHORIZED CAPITAL AND STATE AS PER STAMP ACT.
