How to calculate stamp duty in case of Merger between two Companies?

Thank You for PPT sir, but in my case transfree company situated at Haryana and transferor company at Delhi, then how can I calculate the stamp duty when asset transfer from haryana to delhi. In above PPT, calculation of Stamp Duty as per Haryana is not available.
