Dear All,
Can a Director transfer his immovable property to the Company...?? if yes how would the stamp duty will be calculated. Is there any limitation on such transfer by the director.

yes but he can't gift in favour of the co in absence of the so called touchstone of 'natural love and affection'
regular Sale transactiion will do. he can get shares as consideration
s.d. payable as per state Act.
