St3 filing

kindly tell me we are partnership firm and  i m filing st3 for event managment services i have gross receipts of 8.83 lakhs i m in basic exemption limit but when i m filing st3 and in  A11.1 point which is exemption i select yes and after that in A11.2 when i select notification number 033/2012-ST it not showing infact i m selecting any option its not showing kindly tell me where i have to fill the exeption limit even when i am trying to download e filing utility and uploading the file it shows u r not using correct utility kindly tell me as the last date is about to come
