when I filed last st3 I wrongly enterd servixing of motor vehicle as maintenance or repair service. what can I do? can t revice because 3 month passed away pls help me

We have paid Penalty for not complying RCM in this year, Shall we disclose that in ST-3 in any coloumn ?
