ST on ice-cream parlour (mp)

There is no composite tax of VAT + ST. Local VAT rate has to be confirmed. If your outlet is a/c then ST applicable otherwsie not.

Hello Mr Madhukar...from composite tax i meant service tax only. ST on ice cream parlour is 5% or 14.5% ? If there is any change in the rate if we charge over price or mention price as tax inclusive and then pay to government.

In delhi , no Vat upto 20lakhs

No ST till the total amount Rs. 25lakh
