I have problem with submission of ST 1. ST 1 was rejected for want of address proof and twice I have to surrender and create third one with the address (which is not full) one mentioned on the Rental agreement. But I am not able to submit ST 1 third time. I get a error message, "Your Request Can not be Processed, Please contact the System Administrator." I am not usre whom to contact and request suggest me what to do.

This message Sometimes appears in ACES. Try after some time. If not resolved then you may have to contact the superintendent of ST in your city who has jurisdiction over the address you are going to register
