ST-1 amendement query

First of all you have to submit hard copies of ST-1 along with the necessary documents in the department. Thereafter it hardly takes 4-5 days.
 

Sir, Please guide what are the required documents? 

What about the online amendment?  

Do i need to furnish hard copies to the range suprintendent in person or by post?

Documents Required to submitted for ammendment

1. Copy of Earlier ST-2

2. Ammended ST-1

3. Acknowledgement generated on online submission

4. Copy of pan card

5. Copy of the Trade License 

 6. Copy of the Rent Receipts /Copy of Municipal Taxes Receipts/ Declaration of Rent Free Table Space (Any one document )                                                                                                    

 7. Copy of Bank Statement/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill (Any one document)

 8. Copy of Memorandum of Association (in case of companies.)

 Hard copies can be furnished by  either hand or post.

ST-1 amendment application is to be filed on-line in aces site with digital signatures

So you mean that online amendment is sufficient, Do i need to furnish hard copies as well or not?

I don't think that ST-1 can be filed online through digital signature. Submitting hard copies is mandatory.
