We are in the manufacturing business and we had availed exemption under the SSI so right now we have to file any excise returns on the monthly basis or we need not require tofile any returns if so what is the last date for filing such returns every month

Last date to file monthly excise return on 10 day every monh and no evised system non filing return penalty ncan be impose Rs. 5000/- to 20,0000.00 and may be higher.
