Srevice tax in contruction of power transmission line

All these applicable for such services brief here

1. Service tax such service provided by you.
2. ESI/PF & Labour, if you are having the labour above 10 to 20 and also payable service tax under the same.
3. Vat is applicable when you some material purchase and installed the same then you need the vat registration.

yes we are providing the service of construction. but confused that service tax is applicable on it or not.

but i thought that it is covered under negative list as utility in "An electricity transmission or distribution utility"

You chek the care fully Negative List. if you check then you are covered.
