Dear All,
I have alloted 49000 shrs of 100 each to 2 applicant as follows
Mr A - 25000
Mr B- 24000
On this i have also paid the stamp duty & Done the franking on the same
My Question is now i want to split the Share Certificates . in this Case do i need to pass Board Resolution before the franking date or after the franking date? And what needs to be mentioned above the Orignal Share Certificate
Pls guide
Board resolution for splitting to be passed at current date.
