Spice 32 incorporation form
It is showing error when we fill correct Area code and AO details for PAN and TAN and issue is that we can't leave this field blank as it is compulsory.

Make sure you have downloaded the latest Spice form bcoz there has been frequent changes in the Spice form from last few days
In case its doesn't work raise a ticket at MCA
