I have Salary Income & Capital Gains
I have traded in Derivative Futures & Options.
I have incurred Speculation Profit during the year.
Please Suggest me, Which ITR Form should be appropriate for me?

Since you have business income so ITR - 4 will be applicable
Since you have business income you need to use ITR4 and SPeculation income is also to be shown under Business Income
