I have done MBA in finance, now working in a MNC as Asst. Finance Manager. I wish to study further and looking to do CA, CS or ICWA. Let me know if my experience could be considered in any of these courses. The team i work in consist of CA's, Cost accountants and CS. We manage finanace and accounts of our company. So, i need someone guide me which certification I can pursue in my capabilities and let me know for further details. I will be thankful to you.

You can go with CA as it would be the most suitable course in alignment with your current profile.
Agree, CA is better option as u r already MBA.
CA Would be a better option provided..you are able to quit the Job for articleship ,,where in you will have to bear very less stipend compared to your present salary..otherwise.. CMA (CWA) would be best.., as you will not have to quit the job as your current job experience will be considered in CMA's 3 years of practical training scheme...! Nd about your job profile being in finance dept..opting for CA/CMA will be advisable..as the major portion of the syllabus are also matching..Best Wishes…!
