My dear Friends,

As far as Chartered Accountancy course is concerned, syllabus is vast and examination is challenging. If you are able to manage your syllabus pretty well and better manner and present the thing in smart way, then, you have won half of your battles.

There should not be any margin of error with respect to preparation part.  Following are some of the  method for preparing in a smart way. You are now in a professional course and as such your preparation and presentation must be in a professional way.

Conceptual clarity

As a professional course, there must be a good clarity with respect to concepts within your sylabus. Some time, it is difficult to get a good Grip over the concept even after your repeated attempts. In such cases, it is better to devote more time for getting through the concepts or ask your doubt to any knowledgeable persons or undergo coaching.

Revision

Your Good preparation will be a sheer waste, lf you are not doing a good periodic revisions. You can decide your revision schedule at your choice. Make habit of preparing notes.  More you revise, more will be the effectiveness. Students normally lag the revision process due to the vast nature of syllabus.

Periodic and mock examination ( self examination)

It will be better to conduct a self examination after completing a particular Topic and also be better to write mock or model examination. This will reduce your stress and exam fear.  Time management can be improved and can plan do and donot for your CA exam.

For performing effectively in CA Exam, following inputs are required.

Time management

Exam questions first require a good time management strategy . The question papers some time may be lengthy and time consuming. If you don’t have such strategy , then, you will be running out of time.

Avoid unnecessary points in your answer

Secondly the  way you write and approaches your exam is very important for your success and failure.  This means you are going to write a professional exam and hence a professional approaches is warranted.   Try to write in a point to point basis.  Apart from this, this should contains good margin number and heading and sub heading.

Normally students will try to write lengthy and descripttive way. But this will not be workable in a professional exam.

Impression building

During the valuation stage of CA papers, a students will hardly ranked within 5 to 10 minute.  The Impression is negative then, your preparation are sheer waste. Try to  present the answers in a better and effective manners.

All the best
