I like to know if its necessary to make softex forms for software/services export from India. i know many people who export software and even did not hear about these forms. And if not then what is the procedure with the Bank to be followed if we receive the remittance for software export..

 

Is it required for a sole proprietorship company which is not registered under any STPI and so avail no tax benefits on the same? Also: if the company is paying full 30+ corporate tax.
