sir/madam I am not aware about rules and regulations applicable to the society. It's my first year of practice and during articleship I did not get any work related to the society except income tax return filing of a co operative society.
Now I got a work to follow all the regulations applicable to a society which is not registered under section 12A of Income Tax Act and running a school since last 2 years having gross receipts from school fees approx 20 lakhs and also having teaching staff 20 and non teaching staff 10. Also the principal of the school and the chairperson of the society is the same person.
Please explain in detail about all the rules and regulations applicable to the society.
please explain from practical approach so that I can explain to the client as early as possible.
