i think padhuka is nothing but the summary of the module. i think one cant get conceptual clarity from this book if you do self study
Padhuka Book is not relevant for getiing high marks in CA Examination. Refer The strategic Management book from MBA Students. And Study more Case Law. You can easily get more marks in Strategic Management
