No, even if you do GMCS training for 15 days, you wont get any relaxation for SIP.
Generally no relaxation is available between ICAI & ICSI.
however, if u have enrolled yourself in the executive program before 1/09/2009, SIP and other new training will not be applicable to you.

im not speaking about gmcs but 35 hrs orientation course which is done during ca ipcc.
