Yes, SIP eligible to deduction U/s 80C ( all items under 80C do not exceed 1.5 laks).

Only investments in Equity Linked Savings Schemes (ELSSs) or tax saving mutual fund schemes qualify for a tax deduction under Section 80C.

Yes, if such Sip are in ELSS scheme or they specift for provide deduction u/s 80c
