Simple taxation doubt (dec-2012)..plzz help

Hi Friends,
                    I want to confirm regarding applicability of tax amendments for Dec-2012 CWA(Final) exams.

Most of my CWA friends are in Dilemma regarding latest bill introduced in April-2012, does it have any impact on Dec-2012 exams?? it inturn created a doubt for myself..

Please put some light on, how we look at applicability of amendments for particular term of exam, for eg-Jun/Dec-terms
