Can a CA who is working as a salaried employee in a audit firm, attest DIN forms and other eforms with RoC?. The eForms states that a CA in wholetime practice can attest. Can a CA in employment in a CA firm also sign..?

If you are having certficate of practice issued from your institute(ICAI), you can pre certify the MCA forms.
