A individual in full time employement elsewhere carrying on propreitory profession can very well practise adn sign financial statements.  However he needs to have COP & should have to take permission from the institute.

Dear Jimmit,

YOU CANNOT SIGN AS YOU DON'T HOLD COP.

TAX AUDIT REPORT CAN ONLY BE SIGN BY PRACTICING CA.

WISH YOU ALL THE BEST.

Regards,

RAJESH CHOUDHARY

A person in full time employment cannot have a COP and therefore cannot sign audited balance sheets
