On what all documents does a CS in employment sign compulsorily? I feel hesitant to put my signatures on documents considering it is a huge responsibily..

A company Secretary will sign all documents for which he/she is authorised by Board of director in addition to sections of the Companies Act, 1956 read with its rules in which it is mentioned that CS will sign in addition to director of the company.

Firstly, qualifying as a CS is a big achievement and I heartly congratulate you in that regard.
Secondly, working as a CS is really a huge responsibility beacause you need to ensure lot of compliance and work with the intention of guiding the company in the right way. All the best with that.
Do not worry about the signature part, unless you do it ultravires(beyond power).
