Signature and Stamp on Invoice

Is it compulsory to have sign and stamp on invoice. Also, is the sign and stamp required on credit note and debit note. What if we add a line in the end of invoice that "this is a computer generated invoice and hence signature not required", then what will be the requirement for sign and stamp.
