I am member of ca institute and having COP and not apllied for any firm name (practicing as individual capacity) so having no firm registration no., whether i can sign the tax audit report without menitioning FRN

Hi Mr. Himanshu, why are you taking chances at this position, you need to register ur firm first then do anything, but if u dont want to register and still want to sign the audit reports then go on, you have the power and responsibility too but not completely in legal form.
dear pahuja i am looking for partnership in future so dont want to get firm in my name as proprietorship and there is condition to wright FRN in audit report so thats y i am asking.
