Compare with doctors on their skill they can hold top position in profession even those they are not very well in presentation
One should have expertise knowledge and skill in the field just like doctors who gets top position in profesion inspite lack of presentation

I have met newly qualified doctors,engineers and other professionals from non metro cities,even they lack communication skills.But they are all well trained in their fields.
