Compare with doctors on their skill they can hold top position in profession even those they are not very well in presentation

Sorry so say that you just have generalized.today's generation is much more geared up to face all of the points you have raised. I have met newly qualified doctors,engineers and other professionals from non metro cities,even they lack communication skills.But they are all well trained in their fields.
