In short term capital gain table:

From sale of assets other than at A1 or A2 or A3 or A4 above

Yes STCG should be shown in ITR

What is a difference between short term / long term capital Gain

It's depends upon a period of holding of capital asset.
like listed share sold within year, it's considered as short term and after 1 yera it's considered as lon term ect.

What about unlisted equity shares ? holding period

Unlisted share having holding period more than 24 month are considered as long term, otherwise short term

Is same provision is applicable for mutual fund also ??

No,
for equity oriented Mutual fund, than more than 12 month considered bas long term
where as for debt oriented Mutual fund more than 36 month is considered as long term

Is there any difference for listed or unlisted mutual fund ??

No there is no difference regarding holding period as like equity / preference shares

For land and building

Holding period of more than 36 month I e 3year is considered as long term in that case

For bullion and jewelry ??

For all other assets 36 month criteria is applicable,
except specific cases of share, securities, mutual fund bond ect.
