Am doing NBFC service(recovery agent)to TATA capital financial institution to collect loan and given to the bank, how can i raise invoice what is the gst rate and sac code it's attract any RCM pls guide

For recovery / collection agent services to an NBFC, use SAC 998592.

GST rate = 18%.

RCM applies: NBFC (recipient) pays the GST, not you (the agent).

You may not get full ITC for GST on your costs (especially subcontractor costs), so plan your pricing accordingly.
