Re-associate DSC and check DIN KYC.
Ensure director role is mapped under “Associate Roles”.
Use a freshly downloaded AOC-4 form + correct AGM/FY data.
Check if MGT-7 is approved.
Try different browser/network; V3 glitches are common.
If still stuck, raise an MCA support ticket with screenshots.
