My daughter gifted me shares worth 40 lacs so that I can book an appartment in Mumbai.
It's now more than 4 months but I couldn't find a good proposal so want to return those shares back to her.
Please suggest the way to do it.

You can legally and easily return the shares through an off-market transfer, and there are no tax issues since transfers between parent and child are exempt.
