Shifting of machinery from one state to another state
I am a manufacturer and I want to shift my factory to another state for this purpose I want to transfer my machines to another state.what documents required to shift machines one state to another state and can I require a saparate registration of gst to commence business in another state?

As per sub section 1 of section 19 of GST Law explains that every person who is liable to take a Registration will have to get registered separately for each of the States where he has a business operation and is liable to pay GST
