1.Our Company filled Shareholding Pattern after completion of AGM.Usually we are filing Shareholding pattern quarterly to the stock exchanges.Is there any rules/regulations/provisions regarding filing of shareholding pattern after AGM?
2. Are the independent directors comes under 'Person Acting in Concert'under SEBI (SAST) Regulations? We have to obtain disclosures from them?

1. No there is no rule which requires to disclose shareholding pattern after AGM.
2. To the best of my understanding independent directors are not covered under PAC.
