pay Rs.50 for each company.. n get form20B uploaded by the company..

u'll get list of shareholders as attachment of form20B..

If the Company has not yet filed Form 20B for the year 2009 then from where one should get the same?

Meenu.. u can view only public documents..

if Form20B has not been uploaded den v cant get the list of Shareholders from ROC..u can get only those documents which are available in website or filed with ROC..

otherthan legal rights, it depends on the purpose for which that list is required.. u can get that from internal sources or can orally request to any responsible person of that company.. or u hv to just wait for form20B to be uploaded..

in my opinion for a listed compnay u can fetch the list by simply calling the stock exchange if the shares are listed at the designated STX & if not then to tha RTA who mantains the records or any other person externally appointed for managing any of acts in this regard else past records will help i.e list of shareholders uploaded in the form 20B for the year 2008.
