Share transfer stamps

Hi Guys,

I have one query regarding Share Transfer Stamps.

I have Share Transfer Form, I have filled it also, I know Stamp Duty rates also. BUT I wanna know where I will get these share transfer stamps?

I made inquiry in Franking Authority office but they told me that they have stopped doing franking on share transfer forms. In meantime I contacted one CS, who told me that you will get these stamps only in Mumbai. (Im from Poona, Maharashtra). Only Bank of India, Mumbai Stock Exchange branch is authorized for selling these stamps. Is it true?

Does any other member have any other suggestion? Thanks.
