is it compulsory that signature of the shareholder(seller)(staying in USA) is required in the share transfer form
otherwise signature of the person who is having power of attorney is valid.

Hi,
As per my understanding and keeping in view the language of section 108(1), sellers’ signatures in original are required on the share transfer deed. Sign of a person authorised through POA are not allowed.
