there is niether any provision inthe Act or nor any rule requiring the company to mention the amount of premium collected on the share certificate,  on the other hand companies act does not also prohibits the company to write the amount of share premium on the share certificate. however in general practice amount of share premium is not written on the share certificates.

Yes. Share certificate shows only the nominal value of the shares. Share premium need not be shown in the certificate.

Share certificate shows only the face value of the share and the number of shares held. It never shows the premium/discount.
