Share certificate issue
When shares are transferred from X to Y,is new share certificate issued to Y or jus entry is made of transfer on the back of share certificate of X is enough....
plz guide....urgent

In case of Transfer, new share certificates shall not be issued. Only endorsement on the back of share certificate is done for share transfer.
