Whether a private limited company in same Board meeting allot some of its shares at par and some of its shares at premium?
According to me "YES"
Kindly tell if something needs to be taken into consideration for making such allotment?

Yes, The Company can allot but as far as I know the resolutions of allotment shall be differently minuted. Also, 2 different form 2 needs to be filed.
