Circuit Limit is the celing on higher or lower prices beyond % in pricefluctuations.
If we talk of a scrip in B Group and if that scrip flutuates by 25% then if it is up or down the trading will be halted by applying circuit.
Watch Wopoline Plastics in B Group it is almost in circuit everytime.
Circuit Filter is for controlling volatility in the prices of the shares.
