The last date for filing ITR for FY 22-23 (AY 23-24) was 31st December,2023 for the belated returns.
If you still missed that deadline, You can file the return using ITR U.
The time limit to file an updated return u/s 139 (8A) is 24 months from the end of the relevant assessment year. The updated return of FY 22-23 (AY 2023-24) can be filed till 31st March 2026.

In addition to above it is also kept in mind that ITR-U can be filed only if there is any tax payable.
