Sfm- j.b gupta book

It is a good book.Of high standard,enough to fetch you 60 plus marks covering all previous years questions and more practice problems.

I wont recommend that book coz its too complicated when compared to AN Sridhar's book

Go for AN Sridhar's book

JB GUPTA book is an excellent reference book for chapters like derivatives,portfolio theory, forex and bonds incorporating a variety of questions based on the concepts in the syllabus.It helps in tackling new questions which come in exams

Any one used J B Gupta DVD's for self study 

Now what I have seen is some videos that he merely reads out the slides.

So, will it be worth spending time on it ???

Its a good book..Buy CD too it will help you to score 60+ in SFM. I have used it and start using early then only you can cover whole.

how much time does it actually take to study this subject

i practically hv 3 yrs and thought starting with FR would be a good option
