Sfis benefit to group companies

 Dear Members,

Is there any provision in the FTP Policies or Procedures or any notification or case law, which disallows the SFIS (Served From India Scheme) benefit if the service is rendered overseas to group companies?

In other words, is SFIS benefit available only if the service is rendered to an independent foreign entity which is not a group company?
