Want to know the below details.
1) Can a SEZ unit do a billing of goods to DTA unit in USD.
2) Can the same DTA unit bill the same to another DTA unit in USD for the same goods.

You can bill it in USD only to 100% EOUS and other SEZ Units as it is deemed exports as per SEZ act and rules. If the unit is a domestic entitity you can make the bill only in indian rupees
