Set off of Unabsorbed depreciation

it can b carried forward for an indefinite period.. 

it can be set off against any income including salary

Yupp it can be adjusted with any income including salary.

unabsorbed depreciation can be set off against any income excluding salary since it is considered as  a Biz loss.... unabsorbed depreciation can be carried forward for indefinite period.
