Whether Services provided to MINISTRY OF DEFENCE by way of a contract for providing vehicles for transportation of passengers is liable to Service Tax?

As per sec 66d of finance act 1994 , all services provided by government are not liable to service tax except support services . Thus it is taxable. Moreover service recipient will be liable to pay service tax to the Govt.
No....it is not taxable

IF SUPPORT SERVICE RELATED TO RPAIRING OF THE AIRCRAFT IS TAXABLE BUT SERVICE RELATED TO THE REPAIRING OF THE GOVT VESSEL IS NOT TAXABLE
